Yes. All our products carry a standard manufacturer’s warranty, typically up to 5 or 6 years, depending on the product range. Motors generally carry a 5-year warranty, while fabrics and mechanical components may vary.
Older motors often have internal wear that makes repairs unreliable and uneconomical. A new motor comes with a full 5-year warranty and can be installed in a single visit, avoiding downtime, multiple transport costs, and the risk of future failures.
Unfortunately, we generally cannot repair products we did not manufacture or install due to limited access to compatible parts and product-specific expertise.
We can attempt a non-refundable, no-warranty repair if feasible, but success cannot be guaranteed. Alternatively, we can quote you for a suitable replacement from our current product range.
The call-out charge covers vehicle, labour, administration overheads, fuel, and travel time. These are always incurred just to have a team available and get them to site, and it is not viable to incur these costs at risk of the repair not proceeding for any reason or payment not being forthcoming if billed retrospectively.
Emergency repairs require rescheduling other appointments and mobilising teams on short notice or working overtime, which increases coordination and labour costs.
Refer to the User & Maintenance Guide for your particular product, but in general, regular dusting with a soft cloth or gentle vacuuming is sufficient. Avoid harsh chemicals. Outdoor systems (awnings, shutters, external screens) should be serviced periodically to maintain smooth operation and extend their lifespan.
