I would like to take this opportunity to show my appreciation of the superb after sales service that AC Screens have rendered. I had my screens installed in December 2007, and your repair team led by Rory, answered my emergency call, and within hours, replaced a motor, and we were back in action for our party. I have been in business since 1969, and I can assure that good service is hard find, unfortunately. CONGRATULATIONS on a job well done.

Your patience and understanding while the contractors were rebuilding the house during, what is for us, a very stressful time, was wonderful. You did not flinch when we changed our minds and requested the installation of the block out blind that required a special fitment.
The installation of the Roll Shutter was extremely neat and we have already had a number of complements that it works so well.

This is to THANK YOU and your entire team for your help, just as you were closing for the year and fitting of my fabulous shutters. Finding that there is a rapist that seems to be targeting the single women where you live, is a very frightening experience and made me realise that I needed to protect myself especially as I often work at home late into the night. I have always hated the look of trellidoors and refuse to live in what looks like a jail and so looked for other options and was referred to you by architect, John Powell. On your advice, I now have an attractive looking safe haven in the upstairs of my house and for the last two nights have for the first time been able to comfortably work in my study until late and slept without waking at any and every noise. Apart from security, I also realise there are other advantages of the screens in controlling the heat upstairs.
Despite having closed your books you kindly, considering the circumstances, fitted in my order and Ryan came out to re-measure and then to meet the electrician to explain what was required. On the promised day and time, Richard and his team arrived and fitted the screens. I was impressed by their professionalism and the neatness of the work and they way they cleaned up behind themselves - hardly heard of in South Africa today! When they left I had a completed job and was trained in the working of the remotes and battery back-up. At the push of a button I feel safe and secure.
I do look forward to working with you again in the New Year as I consider putting blinds on the sliding doors downstairs.
