The Outpost comprises one large main building and twelve stand-alone living spaces set against the side of a hill overlooking the Luvuvhu River, all connected by a half kilometre long walkway made of Zimbabwean teak. The contemporary design of each Space makes use of concrete and steel with retractable remote controlled screens which may be opened to offer 180-degree views of the river valley below, or closed depending on the weather. The living area of each Space comprises an outdoor terrace with daybed, indoor lounge and bedroom with king size bed under mosquito netting. The award-winning en-suite bathrooms offer full views of the surrounding bushveld, or can be screened off for privacy.

This huge call centre situated in Cape Town, South Africa, faces due West. Staff were experiencing severe UV and heat problems. In order to combat the heat and UV problems without losing the view, big internal vertical motorised screens were used, with Soltis 99 – 3068.

Situated in the centre of Stellenbosch with amazing views of the town, oak trees & surrounding mountains, this existing roof terrace has been renovated to provide a comfortable outdoor lounge for the occupants of the building. Fixed above the timber & steel pergola, AC Screens' Horizontal Tensioned Screens have been used to provide cover in the hot summer months. The screens can be retracted back in the winter allowing the sun to penetrate onto the deck.
